• Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery to reserve your requested date.

• Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery will not receive a refund.

• By booking you agree to have a photo of your lawn greeting shared on our social media accounts, if you do not want this please let us know ahead of time.

​

• Yard Card Stars and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

​

• Delivery is usually the evening prior to the event and picked up the following evening. 

​

• Yard Card Stars reserves the right to decline orders that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.

​

• No refund if the recipient requests lawn card to be removed.  We will not refund payment for submitted order errors.

​

• Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.

​

• Yard Card Stars will not deliver your lawn card if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of inclement weather, we will offer to reschedule or refund.

​

•  All surprise carding requires that the homeowner be notified of the lawn card delivery date.

​

•  We do our best to fill all orders based on availability and inventory to meet the specifications requested. 

​

• The price includes delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting. Yard Card Stars will not contact you directly to schedule your delivery.

​

• Please do not manipulate or attach anything to the yard card.

​

• Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited.

​

• Signs should not be moved without consent. 

​

• If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at the full $35.00 replacement value per item.

​

• Delivery is usually the evening prior to the event and picked up the following evening (24HR.) rental.

• Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the (24HR) duration of the yard greeting.

• By placing your order with Yard Card Stars you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of the policies of Yard Card Stars and you voluntarily expressly and knowingly release, waive, discharge and agree to hold harmless the owners of Yard Card Star, LLC, it’s representatives, volunteers, and employees (herein collectively RELEASES), from any and all liabilities, claims demands, personal injury, or death sustained by participating in the rental agreement.
